Kelly Clarkson has been a musician and singer in the United States for more than twenty years. She took home American Idol during the first season. This win catapulted Clarkson into fame and earned her the contract of RCA Records 19 Recordings, and 'S Records. In the years since her debut in the series, she has released a number of albums. From those, three reached number one on the US Billboard 200. The other albums came close to reaching the top position. She is considered one of most successful American Idol artists. She tried her hand at popularity with different musical themes and style, and often wrote songs of her own. As a result of her distinctiveness and talent as a performer and songwriter, she received praise from critics and won a few notable award. She was awarded the Grammy Award is her most famous award. In addition to her musical professional career, she has been involved in television and film. River Rose and the Magical Lullaby is a story for children that she wrote to her daughter.
