Angela Sun

Angela Sun was born in Santa Clara County, California on 19 October 1979. She is an American sportscaster journalist documentary filmmaker and television presenter. Angela Sun has been a Journalist, Sportscaster and Producer and actor since she was born in Santa Clara County California on the 19th of October. Her education includes Communications and Sociology from the University of California. Sun has a great surfing ability and took part in a variety of pro-am Surf events which led to her getting sponsorships from large brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans etc. Recognition she gained from this acted like an arrow that could propel her into the world of entertainment. She later worked as an actress, sportscaster, investigative reporter, as well as film director. Sun was a reporter for several news outlets, but mostly as anchor. In 2003 she worked as a correspondent on Fox Sports Net. She also hosted American Ninja Warrior alongside Matt Iseman and Jonny Moseley in 2012. In 2014 Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute. She was the first Asian American to have her name featured as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun has appeared in a variety of films, and her talents as an actress are lauded and acknowledged. Sun has appeared in films such as Goliath 2016. (Hit the Floor 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway (2009), Street Kings (2008), Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004, and Shackled. In 2014, Sun launched Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch a feature-length documentary about plastic pollution in the oceans and the impact it has on the natural environment.
